The site lets you submit project details through the Consultation Form to request a free, no-obligation consultation with our design team. Submitting the form does not create a binding contract for design or construction services. An actual project engagement, including its scope, pricing, and timeline, is agreed separately and in writing once we've spoken with you.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when using the Consultation Form, including a real email address for verification. We rely on this information to prepare for and follow up on your inquiry, and we aren't responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate details you provide.

You're responsible for the files you upload through the Consultation Form. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to share it with us (for example, that you own the photo or drawing, or have permission to use it), and you grant us permission to view and store it solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Uploads are limited to 8 files of up to 10 MB each, in image or PDF format.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Consultation Form.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to share.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems.
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or to scrape or harvest data.

The Mexora Interiors name, logo, and the content on this site, including text, project photography, and design work shown in our portfolio, belong to Mexora Interiors or our clients and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, sell, or otherwise reuse our content without our prior written permission.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to run parts of this site: for example, cloud storage for uploaded files and email delivery for verification codes, as described in our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers that are outside our reasonable control.

This site and the Consultation Form are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
