A practical guide to the free consultation form: what to fill in, how uploads and email verification work, and what to expect next.
Last updated 1 August 2026
These guidelines explain how the free consultation request works from the moment you click "Free Consultation" to the moment our design team gets in touch: what information we ask for, how to fill it in well, and what to expect afterwards.
The form is organised into 15 short sections, but only some fields are required:
Everything else (services required, design style, colour theme, floor plan/site visit questions, how you heard about us, a written project description, file uploads, and contact preferences) is optional, but filling it in helps our team prepare a more accurate first conversation.
Floor plans, site photos, layout drawings, or reference images all help our team understand your space before we speak. A few practical limits:
You can remove a file you've added before submitting by tapping the × on its thumbnail.
Once you've filled in the required fields and hit "Continue to Verify Email", we send a 6-digit code to the email address you entered; this confirms it's really yours before we act on the inquiry.
If a limited-time offer banner is showing when you open the form, its promo code is automatically attached to your inquiry, so there's nothing extra you need to do. Offers are time-bound and shown at our discretion; availability isn't guaranteed once the promotional period ends.
Your request goes straight to our design team's inbox for review. We'll reach out using the contact method and time window you selected, wherever possible. Response times can vary with demand, but we aim to follow up as quickly as we can. If you haven't heard back and it's urgent, feel free to call or WhatsApp us directly using the details on our Contact page.
Please use your own real contact details and a genuine project brief. The email verification step exists to keep inquiries genuine on both sides, so our team can spend their time on real conversations with real homeowners and businesses.
